About Patient Ally and How to Register
Dr. Chen has contracted with Patient Ally for her patients to use their patient communication portal. Patient Ally Portal is a secure, HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1966) compliant patient portal which is connected with our record keeping and billing systems.
After your first visit with Dr. Chen you will receive an email from Patient Ally inviting you to create an online account with the practice. This account will allow you to request appointments, message with the doctor’s office and access your records securely.
To register for a Patient Ally account, please request detailed instructions from the doctor’s office. You can however watch this instruction video on how to register on and use Patient Ally.
